The Kingmaker's crown shows that the Kingmaker is a person of rank. Although the Kingmaker is not a king, he or she is still highly significant and is therefore allowed to wear a crown. The emerald-studded gold crown is lined with green velvet on the inside, and the lining can even be reversed if one prefers the crown to have a green appearance.
